Welcome to Randevu. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligible Users

Randevu is exclusively designed for speed dating event organizers. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are an event organizer or authorized to act on behalf of an organization that organizes speed dating events
• You will use the platform solely for managing speed dating events
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You are at least 18 years of age

Randevu is not intended for end participants or members of the general public seeking to attend speed dating events. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and deny or terminate access to anyone who does not meet these criteria.

2. Beta Status and Service Availability

During the beta period:

• Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice
• The platform may experience downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
• We may reset, modify, or delete accounts and data as needed for testing and development
• Performance and reliability may not meet production-level standards

2.1 Data Backup Responsibility

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any critical information. We strongly recommend exporting your event data regularly using the CSV export feature.

2.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

3. Account Management and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Use of the platform for purposes other than organizing speed dating events
• Unauthorized access or attempts to compromise platform security
• Non-payment of fees (when applicable in the future)
• Inactivity for an extended period
• Any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, harms or threatens the platform or other users

3.1 Notice and Appeals

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspending or terminating your account, except in cases of suspected fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. You may contact us to appeal account actions.

3.2 Data Access After Termination

Upon account termination, you may lose access to your data. We may, at our discretion, provide a limited period to export your data before permanent deletion.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:

• Event outcomes, participant behavior, or any incidents that occur during or after events
• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data entered into the platform
• Matches, sympathies, or any relationship outcomes between participants
• Lost revenue, business interruption, or data loss resulting from platform use or unavailability
• Third-party actions, including participant disputes or legal claims
• Security breaches, unauthorized access, or data leaks beyond our reasonable control

4.1 Use at Your Own Risk

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You assume all responsibility for how you use the platform and the events you organize.

4.2 Your Responsibilities as an Organizer

You are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary consents for collecting and processing participant data
• Event safety, security, and participant welfare
• Accuracy of information you provide to participants
• All communications and interactions with participants

5. Pricing and Future Payment Terms

5.1 Future Pricing Plans

We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription plans or usage-based pricing in the future. When we do:

• We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before charging existing users
• Early access users will receive preferred pricing and conditions
• You will have the option to accept the new terms or discontinue using the platform
• We may offer a free tier or trial period for basic functionality

5.2 Payment Obligations

Once paid plans are introduced, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees according to the pricing plan you select
• Provide accurate and current billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies will be clearly stated when paid plans are introduced. Generally, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data and Privacy

You acknowledge that you are collecting and processing personal data from event participants, and you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
• Obtain appropriate consent from participants for data collection and processing
• Use participant data only for legitimate event management purposes
• Not share or sell participant data to third parties without consent
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect participant data

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes:

• We will notify you via email or through the platform
• The updated terms will include a new effective date
